What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the loyalty programme and balance you told us about, and any notes you add. We do not ask for loyalty account passwords or payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
Solely to review your enquiry, contact you about the points you hold, and complete a sale if you accept. We do not sell your details to third parties and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to completed transactions are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thepointsbuyer.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

This site uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not run advertising trackers.
