Information submitted through the website is an enquiry only and does not constitute an offer. Any offer is made only when we send it to you in writing, and it is valid for the period stated in that message.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that any points or miles you offer to sell are yours, that you have the right to transfer them, and that the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for reviewing the terms of your own loyalty programme before transferring.
Transfers and payment
Payment is made once we have verified receipt of the agreed points. If a transfer is reversed, cancelled or clawed back by the programme after payment, you agree to refund the amount paid.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
